Grandmother, who everyone knows as Mami, was selling a specialty plate from Yucatán, México called Panuchos out of her home when her landlord kicked her out.
With a strong base of loyal clients, the grandkids got together and supported Mami to open a new food trailer based on her delicious Panuchos.
